Overview
I’m a revenue and growth leader with over a decade of experience helping creative and technology-driven organizations build sustainable businesses. My career has spanned talent buying, marketing leadership, and revenue ownership—giving me a rare, end-to-end perspective on how audiences, products, partnerships, and people come together to drive long-term growth.
Today, I serve as Head of found.ee, a Downtown Music–owned digital marketing platform, where I lead revenue strategy, business development, and go-to-market execution. I also advise founders and early-stage companies through board and incubator roles, helping them design revenue models and growth strategies that scale without losing focus or culture.
Over the course of my career, I’ve partnered with leading record labels including Epitaph, Nonesuch, and Concord Music Group; concert and festival promoters such as Live Nation, Danny Wimmer Presents, and Dayglo Presents; and artist management teams for John Legend, Billy Strings, and LeAnn Rimes. Across these roles, I’ve helped organizations translate growth opportunities into measurable revenue outcomes through smarter marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
Career Path & Perspective
I began my career on the live side of the music industry, working directly with artists, promoters, and venues. Those early roles grounded me in the realities of ticket sales, fan behavior, and operational constraints—lessons that continue to shape how I approach growth today.
As I moved into marketing leadership and eventually revenue roles, my focus shifted from individual campaigns to systems: how revenue is generated, forecasted, and sustained over time. This progression has allowed me to bridge creative ambition with commercial discipline, aligning teams around clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

Designing and executing revenue and go-to-market strategies

I believe how you grow matters as much as how fast you grow. As a Chopra-certified meditation instructor, I bring a mindful leadership lens to high-performance environments to emphasize clarity, focus, and resilience alongside results.
In practice, this means creating space for better decision-making, fostering strong cross-functional relationships, and building teams that can sustain momentum without burnout. Mindfulness, for me, is not a replacement for rigor—it’s a multiplier.
Creative Roots
While my work today is centered on revenue and growth, my foundation in music continues to inform how I lead. I have a creative background as a songwriter and recording artist, which gives me deep empathy for creators and the businesses that support them.
This perspective allows me to operate fluently across creative and commercial worlds—helping organizations grow revenue while preserving the integrity of their mission and culture.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and growing my own food in my garden. These practices keep me grounded and reinforce the long-term mindset I bring to my professional work.
